Spontaneous Kundalini Rising

From the England Conference
England was an amazing place for the WE Conference. Know that even if you weren't able to attend the conference, you were held in the light. This conference was all about building the Rainbow Bridge and linking people together from all over the world and universe.
What I wish to share with you from my talk in England are my experiences since my Near Death Experience in 1991, particularly with spontaneous Kundalini Rising. I hope this sharing brings more awareness into your own life because the more aware we are the easier the journey.
My life changed drastically after a near death experience due to an allergic food reaction. It was a beautiful experience of being in the light surrounded by angels and love. When I came back into my body I wasn't the same person. I didn't understand what had happened and why I wanted to pursue a whole different life and career. My passion turned to spirit and the new gifts I had been blessed with.
This experience allowed me to reconnect with lost parts of myself, parts I had lost over past years and past lives. I went to the light to be shown how to become whole again. I was able to reconnect with my spiritual gifts and sacred identity.
The past seven years have been a process of integration and discovering who I am on spiritual and physical levels. However we experience the light, we are in for change. This presents many blessings as well as hardships. When we live in the light and channel the light, it cannot help but show us our shadows. That is its purpose.
Just as a turned on light bulb casts a shadow, so does our light. It shows us the areas in our life we need to make peace with. Even in much of our work, we channel the light to help people heal their wounds. That is what the light does to each of us too. We cannot ignore that or deny that or we miss a very important step in our spiritual growth and foundation.
The path to enlightenment demands that we face our fears, make peace with our past and release old wounds. Whether we are a Walk-in or not, we have to clear the cellular memories as well as the memories we still hold in our heads. We do that by acknowledging each one, feeling it, then allowing it to go. And that is where Kundalini comes into play.
The purpose of Kundalini is to purify our system on all levels of our being: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. We have to clean up the muck so we can make room for more light. This is a transformational experience.
Two years ago, I had a Spontaneous Kundalini Rising. I was working at a camp doing readings and teaching, working in an altered state for 10 hours a day at times. I, and many others, thought that was what one did while working on the spiritual path.
For me the Kundalini hit like an eruption, destroying my physical body. I know now that I was doing too much spiritual work, meditation, and too many intuitive readings. I didn't know that for every hour of readings and healing work you need 3-4 hours of grounding energy. I did not listen to the warning signs because I had no idea what could happen. I chose to stay dedicated to the work instead of what my body needed. I wish to bring this awareness to you so you may make your choices with more insight.
One day, all of a sudden, my body couldn't handle the energy. It felt as if I was struck with 440 volts of electricity in a 60 watt bulb. I couldn't do anything to get grounded. For several days, it felt as if my blood was boiling. I had uncontrollable shaking, severe dizziness, nausea, acute hearing, I couldn't see anything because the light was so bright, and it was as if I was living in many dimensions at the same time.
I was very ill. I did not have any help to ground this energy until several days into this crisis. I am still recovering from the damage it did to my organs. Kundalini is very powerful and can be very harmful if it goes uncontrolled. It is wise to work with a master or someone educated in Kundalini if you wish to work with it instead of allowing it to take its natural course.
For me this occurred spontaneously and I had no idea what was happening. As we move into the Aquarian Age, we will see many more people going through Kundalini due to the intensity of energy.
Kundalini is a purification process that cleanses our system. Each one of us is born with this energy. It is coiled at the base of our spine/tailbone. Its natural flow is up the spine and out the top of the head. Along its path it brings new awareness, new abilities. It pushes us to reach enlightenment. As it moves up the spine, it removes energy blocks. You feel pain or pressure where it is stuck. Kundalini forces us to think, and to change our way of being.
Once this is released there is no turning back. It is impossible to reverse the process. If you hold it back, that is when illness and congestion set in. But if you do your inner work with grace and ease, all goes well. Where there is pressure or pain there is a block, or the energy pattern is not normal.
