To our friends,

Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005 at 5:10 a.m., Ed made the transition and is now in spirit. He was surrounded by loved ones when he passed peacefully after a struggle with cancer. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Thank you all for your prayers and support. We know this meant a lot to Ed.

Ed was a delightful and fun spirit, a bear of a man who made you feel comfortable immediately. He seemed to always be smiling or laughing which made you smile or laugh. WE will miss you Ed.
